Painting

Working on some paintings. Trying to combine multiple memories into a single image and have each area in the painting be something that is tangible. If I look at it and can't tell what it is I paint it out. It is difficult to create multiple areas of focus as that I am so accustomed to having a single focal point.

These things are akin to retracing memories of specific people and events but are also an attempt to portray many experiences in a single frame with the hope that this will spark new connections and narratives where none exist.
